What this site is
A description of IgnitivIO's services and the systems we have built, published by IgnitivIO, operating from Texas, United States. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Nothing here is an offer or a quote
Descriptions of services, pricing models, and timelines on this site are informational. A binding scope, price, or delivery date exists only in a written proposal or engagement agreement signed by both parties. We deliberately publish no price list precisely because a real number requires seeing your systems first.
Nothing here is professional advice
Technical opinions published on this site — including anything in the free AI Visibility Audit report — are general engineering judgement, not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice for your specific situation. The audit report is provided as-is and without warranty; acting on it is your decision, and we would rather you have a second opinion on anything consequential.
Using the site
Do not attempt to breach, disrupt, or overload the site or the systems behind it. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for anyone else. Do not submit other people's personal information through the forms. Do not use the contact forms to send unsolicited sales pitches — they route to a human, and that human did not ask.
Automated retrieval by AI crawlers and answer engines is explicitly permitted; see robots.txt and llms.txt. Quoting and citing this site with attribution is welcome.
Intellectual property
The site's copy, design, and code belong to IgnitivIO. Client and product names shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear as references to work performed, not as endorsements of anything else we sell.
Work produced inside a paid engagement is a separate matter, and the terms are the ones we advertise: you own what we build for you, documented and handover-ready. That ownership is set out in the engagement agreement, not here.
Third-party links and services
The site links to other sites and loads assets and widgets from third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices. The privacy policy names which providers are involved.
Availability and disclaimer
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgnitivIO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
